Daylong Retreat

WISE is now holding Daylong retreats to support people on their Awareness + Wisdom journey.

If you wish to deepen your awareness practice, reset the momentum of your mind or give time to yourself to relax, step back, reflect and explore, do join us at WISE Centre for a day of noble silence to practice together with other like-minded friends. It will be a light and easy day with a simple meal and a variety of activities like short talk, group meditation, self-practice, group discussion & Yoga Nidra – all for your learning.

What’s In It For You

Day long retreat is another avenue for you to spend time with yourself to learn about the workings of the mind you are living with and its relationship with the body. WISE provides a safe space among likeminded community so that you can explore and investigate.

The program will span from 7:20am-4:30pm and the following is a suggested program for the day:

12pm - 1:00pm Mindful Lunch / Rest
1:00 - 1:30pm Yoga Nidra
1:30 - 2:30pm Self Practice*
2:30 - 3:30pm Group Meditation
3:30 - 4:00pm Dialogue with Yogis
4:00 - 4:30pm Closing Circle and Share a Little Love

* Mindfulness tutorials for small groups can be held upon request of new yogis

Venue:  WISE Centre at Kelana Jaya

Attire: For those participating, please wear light, loose and comfortable clothing. Bring a shawl or jacket as the venue is air conditioned

Pre-requisite: Preferences will be given to those who have completed a “Mindfulness—A Starting Point ↗” workshop. Please check with us if you feel you have other relevant experiences.

Fee:  Expenses to enable this event to take place have been fully sponsored by WISE

Meals:  Lunch and light snacks will be provided

Your Commitment
Only a maximum of 12 persons will be accepted for this program. Hence, when you register to participate, you have indicated your commitment to attend the program. We hope that you will value the sponsored space offered to you by WISE by attending and completing the program in its entirety. Your kind understanding and commitment is much appreciated.

Note that we reserve the rights to change the date subject management decisions. The day program may also change slightly from retreat to retreat in response to feedback from past participants.
