It’s Your Mind That Makes This World

We cannot control the results
but we can change the course of our intention

We plan our day while pretending to listen to our spouse speaking. We rush to meet deadlines and try to make ends meet. We cope with grief of a loved one’s passing, pain of a divorce or separation. We battle with depression or a terminal illness. We feel guilty of not being good enough. Or struggling with a persistent sense of disconnection, chronic tension and hollow unease. We want life to be in a certain way and the freedom to do whatever we want; yet life doesn’t always cooperate. Maybe it does for a while, which makes us want to hold on tight to how things are, but inevitably things always change. In times like this, do we fall apart and blame ourselves, other people, the situation or discover a deeper beautiful intimacy with ourselves and with the world?

Discover a deeper intimacy with ourselves and with the world

We are constantly in the state of ‘what is next’ or ‘what if’; and this causes stress within. This very moment is the only precious moment that any of us ever gets. In this moment lies a reality that we have overlooked; that paves the way out of our stress. The good news is the solution is in the problem itself, we do not need to look further. Freedom from any mental pain can be instant. This is possible as we cultivate our ability to remain mindful without interfering, judging, avoiding, or clinging to an experience.

The education that many forget

It is possible to cultivate stability of mind that calmly looks at life just as it is and respond to what needs to be done with mindfulness and wisdom, without the fear, aggression, or resentment that makes us suffer. We can have silently listening and watching as a way of life, then we will begin to understand about conditioning. There’s nothing to fear. There’s nothing you have to get that you don’t have. There’s nothing to get rid of. From this position of wisdom, life becomes more meaningful and more stable, and happiness flows naturally.

What Others Say

See what we have and if it’s right for you.

A starting point towards the journey of inner explorations.

”Each and every little sharing is going to undo a little wrong view in your mind. And that little wrong view which you are unaware of, is going to slowly, one day, when it (the practice) picks up the momentum, the whole picture will be understood.”
