Living Life with Mindfulness

These sessions of Living Life with Mindfulness are about people supporting each other; a platform where we invite practitioners of mindfulness to share from their personal experiences on how mindfulness has played a part in improving/transforming their lives. They are not going to profess that they have all the answers and these sessions are not about giving advice or trying to fix you or your issues, but one that offers an exploratory space where people come together to hear different perspectives.
