The Silent Retreat

A privilege for inner-enquiry and realization in a need-to-speak-only environment.

Developing wholesome speech begins when we train ourselves to notice the thoughts that arise in our mind; whether it is worthy of conveying or not. And what better way of developing this skill than by attending a retreat that is dedicated to silence – where the incessant need to speak is contained within the mind. During this period, one will get a glimpse into the mindscape of thoughts and how it influences our behavioural patterns and moods.

This is a long 12 Days retreat in the green forested area of SBS, Taiping
