Mindfulness Meditation for Beginners (English with Mandarin translation)
Mindfulness is a journey of exploration and realization of what we are not aware of. More than that, it is a clear path of finding yourself, of knowing what you are. This is a four morning-session Mindfulness Meditation workshop with Mandarin translation for beginners, held off the usual WISE centre, at Bandar Sri Damansara instead.
