Mindfulness Meditation for Beginners (English with Mandarin translation)

Mindfulness is a journey of exploration and realization of what we are not aware of. More than that, it is a clear path of finding yourself, of knowing what you are. This is a five sessions Mindfulness Meditation workshop with Mandarin translation for beginners.

This workshop runs over FOUR Wednesdays:
