Living Life with Mindfulness is about people supporting each other; a platform where we invite practitioners of mindfulness to share from their personal experiences on how mindfulness has played a part in improving/transforming their lives. They are not going to profess that they have all the answers and these sessions are not about giving advice or trying to fix you or your issues, but one that offers an exploratory space where people come together to hear different perspectives. Our invited practitioners will share how their practise of mindfulness have made a difference to similar challenges that we all face in our lives. Our hope is that people facing such challenges will then have better clarity and new information which may help to shed light on what’s happening in their lives and show alternative ways of dealing with such challenges. Interaction is highly encouraged and valued during the sessions.
