Silent Retreat


A privilege for self-enquiry and self-realization in a need-to-speak-only environment.

Developing wholesome speech begins when we train ourselves to notice the thoughts that arise in our mind; whether it is worthy of conveying or not. And what better way of developing this skill than by attending a retreat that is dedicated to silence – where the incessant need to speak is contained within the mind. During this period, one will get a glimpse into the mindscape of thoughts and how it influences our behavioural patterns and moods.

Other than occasional discussions with the guides, a Silent Retreat is literally tailored for those who are serious in keeping their mouths shut (pun intended) for inner clarity to arise!
